The Society for the Diffusion of Useful Information is very pleased to announce an evening of traditional Swedish music performed on nyckelharpa and accordion by Duo Varsågod.

Duo Varsågod

Jenny Demaret : fiddle, nyckelharpa

Elisabet Brouillard : diatonic accordion

Duo Varsågod plays traditional music for dancing and listening. The two musicians met in 2009 in Sweden and since this time they've played together, collecting and arranging Swedish folk tunes. They often return to Sweden to continue to learn, understand, and feel Swedish music. Mlles Brouillard and Demaret also play traditional music from France and frequently play for dance.
