Please note that physical objects that require shipping (admission tickets not included) may be delayed up to one week due to limited operations as a result of the pandemic.

Due to Covid restrictions USPS is no longer delivering to New Zealand and Australia


 In-store Pick Up Now Available

As an option for our local customers, we are now offering free in-store pickup as an alternative to shipping. To arrange for pickup, add items to your Shopping Cart, then advance to the Check Out page and select the 'Pick up' option under Delivery Methods. You will not be charged for shipping and your items will be held for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items not retrieved after 30 days will be returned to inventory and may not be eligible for a refund.

Our pickup hours are Thursday/Friday from 2pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday from noon to 6pm.  Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with detailed pickup information. Kindly be sure to read the emailed instructions before coming to pick up your order. You may also email orders@mjt.org if you wish to schedule a time or if you have any further questions. Please allow up to 4 business days to prepare your order.


Order Processing Times

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, but please allow up to 4 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. For expedited service, please email us.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated by a combination of weight, fragility, and bulk. Every effort has been made to provide accurate shipping estimates at checkout. However, if the actual cost to ship your package is significantly less than the amount quoted at checkout, the difference will be subtracted from the order total when your payment is processed and we will notify you by email. Please note that we do not add a handling charge in order to keep your shipping cost as low as possible.

All packages shipped via USPS Priority will include shipment notification, tracking information and insurance.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times


DOMESTIC US ORDERS:

The Museum of Jurassic Technology Online Gift Shop ships domestic parcels, by default, via USPS First-Class (under 10 oz) or USPS Priority Mail. We use USPS Priority Flat-Rate boxes whenever possible to ensure a competitive and fair price. Both USPS First-Class and USPS Priority Mail generally take approximately 1-3 business days for delivery from the day of order shipment. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The Museum of Jurassic Technology Online Gift Shop offers First-Class International (under 60 oz) or USPS Priority Mail International. First-Class International orders generally take approximately 7-21 business days, and USPS Priority Mail International orders generally take 6-10 business days. 

International postage is particularly difficult to estimate in advance, and we highly recommend you contact us with your address and a list of the items you wish to purchase before placing an order to receive a more accurate assessment of shipping charges.
