Order Processing Times
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, but please allow up to 7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. For expedited service, please email us at roxy@mjt.org.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by a combination of weight, fragility, and bulk. Every effort has been made to provide accurate shipping estimates at checkout. However, if the actual cost to ship your package is significantly less than the amount quoted at checkout, the difference will be refunded to you at the time of fulfillment and we will notify you by email. Please note that we do not add a handling charge in order to keep your shipping cost as low as possible.

All packages shipped via USPS Priority will include shipment notification, tracking information and insurance.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
DOMESTIC US ORDERS:
The Museum of Jurassic Technology Online Gift Shop ships domestic parcels, by default, via USPS First-Class (under 10 oz) or USPS Priority Mail. We use USPS Priority Flat-Rate boxes whenever possible to ensure a competitive and fair price. Both USPS First-Class and USPS Priority Mail generally take approximately 1-3 business days for delivery from the day of order shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The Museum of Jurassic Technology Online Gift Shop offers First-Class International (under 60 oz) or USPS Priority Mail International. First-Class International orders generally take approximately 7-21 business days, and USPS Priority Mail International orders generally take 6-10 business days.
International postage is particularly difficult to estimate in advance, and we highly recommend you contact us with your address and a list of the items you wish to purchase before placing an order to receive a more accurate assessment of shipping charges.
