These earrings made from beetle wings commemorate a Museum exhibit that compares the resonant frequencies of beetles and gemstones.

The beetle wings used in the making of these earrings are responsibly harvested in Thailand from the species Sternocera. These wood boring beetles are not collected until after their natural life cycle.

Please specify 14k gold fill or sterling silver (not shown) findings, and kindly note that the glass beads and wings used in every pair of earrings will display subtle variations from the ones depicted. Earrings measure approx. 2.5-inches long.
