We are honored to inaugurate our latest calendar of public events with a performance by Sir Richard Bishop of the dearly missed Sun City Girls. Sir Richard is a distinguished solo guitarist with a style that draws largely from Manouche (Western European Gypsy jazz as played by Django Reinhardt), American Primitive (as played and described by John Fahey, who released the first Sir Richard Bishop album on his own label), & Classical Indian & North African traditions.
